ZURICH, SWITZERLAND – The Qatar national squad meets the FC Malaga of Spain – and star Guillermo Ochoa, in what is to be a second football friendly on Wednesday 6 August at 19:00 in Switzerland.

Malaga signed Mexico’s goalkeeper to a three-year contract after Ochoa’s standout performance at the World Cup. Spanish fans are expecting his acquisition will continue to add “spice” to an ever-growing team.

The Blue and White are meeting the 2022 World Cup hosts in Zurich as part of their pre-season training.

Qatar is confident it will be able to keep up with the Spaniards after winning 2-0 to the Swiss on Saturday.

The gulf team has been training in Zurich in route to qualifying games for the Gulf Cup and the 2015 Asian Cup. This is the second overseas trip for the Qatar squad now being coached by Djamel Belmadi.
