GENEVA – After being away for a while, I came back to Geneva to find music, street theatre, food stalls and a temporary flea market installed at my doorstep: La Ville est a vous de St Jean.
The neighborhood party celebrates 10 years this weekend, promoting a less “sauvage” but even larger fleamarket.
The festival offers more music and a larger space for kids to play in.
If you are not doing much today, Sunday 26 June, head to the St Jean/Charmilles area (buses 7, 9, 19, 11, 10) for a little sun, food and divertissements. Salsa, Irish music and rock in the menu this afternoon. Also, Senegalese food starting at CHF10. Yum!!
