GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – The city of Geneva is offering a free music concert tonight 25 July at La Grange Park as part of its annual free music at the park or Musiques en été.

The Palenque la Papayera is a Colombian-Swiss-French musical group that resembles the sounds of the Atlantic coast in Colombia: heavy in brass, percussion and dancing.

Some cumbia, porro and fandango will be played by these virtuosos at the Ella Fitzgerald stage at La Grange Park beginning at 20:00.

Ramon Benitez will be a feature tonight playing the euphonium (Yeap, such thing does exist).

Other instruments featured include clarinet, sax, trombone, tuba and percussion.
