What’s On? Get Your Scottish On: Ceilidh Dancing in Geneva

GENEVA, Switzerland – Get moving to Gaelic folk music and dancing this weekend in Geneva.

The Church of Scotland in Geneva sponsors the traditional Scottish and Irish dance featuring the Whirliejig Ceilidh Band directly from Scotland.

It takes place Saturday 4 October at the Salle Communale de Grand Saconnex from 19:00 to 22:00. Doors open at 18:30. Entry fee is CHF25.

Having only practised some American square dancing, I look forward to learning the Ceilidh. Now… where could I find a kilt for my husband?
