Forget Art Basel, Art Geneva is the Place to Be!

GENEVA, Switzerland – Geneva is seeking to establish itself as a major art city with its fourth annual international modern and contemporary art show, ArtGenève.

The highbrow mega show which takes place from Thursday 29 January to Sunday 1 February at Palexpo, opens from noon to 20:00 each day. The invitation-only opening day takes place 28 January.

Dozens of artists and important galleries will exhibit their work and showcase artists and performance art.

A free sculpture exhibit along the Quai Président Wilson and Quai du Mont-Blanc, will include works by the late English sculptor Lynn Russell Chadwick, and Geneva’s own, Christian Gonzenbach, alongside nine other artists.

The public outdoor exhibit can be seen from 27 January until the end of February.
