GENEVA, Switzerland – For the second year in a row the city of Geneva is offering free French lessons. Unlike 2015, classes will be given in two parks instead of four; high turn out is expected.
Simply show up at either park during the selected dates in July and August, bring pen and paper and be prepared to engage with other non-French speakers. The city also offers activities for children up to 12 years of age that include games and reading. That way both parents and children can benefit of a sunny afternoon to learn la langue de Molière.
-
Perle du Lac Park, 4-28 July (Monday through Thursday), 16:00-18:00
-
La Grange Park, 2-25 August, 16:00-18:00.
Course could be canceled in case of rain. Check the city’s Facebook page for more information.
